Next to screen printing, fusion heat transfer vinyl is the workhorse material and slowly becoming the industry standard in the garment decoration industry. Fusion HTV is a type of vinyl which is adhered to a substrate using heat -- professionally done with a heat press machine. Fusion vinyl is NOT to be confused with material used in the home and pressed with an ordinary iron. There are many different types of heat transfer vinyl available, as well as a wide range of color options. 

 

Fusion has a very soft hand, meaning it's light weight, super thin (can barely feel it), and will last the entire life of the garment. In most cases, the garment will fall apart first. This stuff is GREAT!
